Allegro Call Center Operations
Allegro Response Teleservice’s 60,000 sq. ft. state of the art call center is located in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The facility was designed and built with a focus on optimizing work force productivity – and, ultimately, our end customers’ satisfaction.
With 2,000 seats and an average 800 agents working onsite, the new facility allows for great scalability to respond quickly and expand to meet the needs of our clients’ direct response campaigns.
From its central location in a prestigious business district within walking distance of restaurants and a new mall, to its three-story central glass atrium that brings natural light to the entire facility, our employees’ satisfaction was at the forefront of our design philosophy. The building features an array of on-site training facilities, and a superb technical infrastructure. With a comfortable naturally lit cafeteria and recreation area, it is located on major transportation routes, making the facility conveniently situated for our work force.
